Where do you call home?
Where did you go to school?
Long Island, New York
Long Island University, 2014 &
The New School (expected graduation December 2018)
why do you want to climb with us?
I have lived in Tanzania twice and really grew into myself in this beautiful country. I have always dreamed of climbing Kilimanjaro, but never had the opportunity on previous trips. I wanted to do it for a good cause. My third trip to Tanzania is to volunteer at the O’Brien School, as I have spent the last few years working in International Development.
I would like to use my skills and previous experiences to assist the school, as well as learn from it and everyone involved. I am honored to be able to climb Kilimanjaro for such an incredible organization and all the lives that this will touch.
I am excited to challenge myself and raise money along the way! I know this will be rewarding to everyone involved.
What do you think will be your biggest challenge?
Summiting the mountain and being in peak physical condition.
